The Advocates for Human Rights

The unit comprises of rights advocates spread across various nations in the world. They represent the change in the global view of fundamental human rights. Most of these advocates volunteer their services to realize results in this common cause. For close to four decades now, the group has been fighting for the honoring of the less privileged peoples in the society.

Unlike most groups in this article, the Larkin & Lacey does not reach directly to the people. The donors, Jim Larkin and Michael Lacey fund their activities through other organizations supporting similar causes across Arizona.

The donors expect to receive a payment of $3.75 million as an award for unliquidated damages by a court of law. The defendant in the case-police department and the local sheriff- have been instructed to pay the amount as remedies to the aggrieved party, for arresting them and withholding them illegally.
